DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, I travel for weddings and corporate events. For smaller bookings, I usually stay within the North of England (Yorkshire/North West). Travel is charged at 45p per mile beyond a 25-mile radius from my home, and this will be included in your quote.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
For weddings a 20% deposit is required to secure the date in my diary. Deposit conditions vary for private events.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE OUR SETLISTS?
For weddings:
I’ll send over my full song repertoire, and you can choose as much or as little as you like, your favourites, any definite no’s, or leave the whole setlist to me. I’m always happy to advise on flow and use my experience to create the perfect soundtrack for your day.
For venues & events:
I usually work from my standard pre-made set lists or “read the room” and tailor the vibe on the night. But if you have a theme in mind, I’ll happily shape the setlist to suit.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED?
All of the sound and music equipment is provided by myself, all I need to be able to set up is a double power socket within a reasonable distance. All of my equipment is PAT tested and I have pubic liability insurance cover. I also require a parking space on site to be able to load and unload my gear appropriately.
CAN WE REQUEST SONGS FOR YOU TO LEARN?
Yes, each wedding package includes a set number of new song requests, with the option to add more for an additional fee.
For private events, I’m happy to arrange requests as long as the timeframe allows.
And during live gigs, if the song’s already in my repertoire or knowledge, I can take requests on the spot.
What if your wedding packages don't suit our plans?
Alternative bespoke arrangements can certainly be made and quoted. My packages can merely be used as a guide or a way to spark inspiration.

HOW DO CANCELLATIONS WORK?
If your event date changes and I’m available, I’m happy to transfer your booking. If you cancel or I’m unavailable for the new date, any paid deposit is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, all fees you’ve paid will be refunded and I’ll help you find suitable alternative entertainment where possible.
